Weimar 8mm Projector

Home page

This unusually designed projector has the feed and take-up reels mounted concentrically on an extendable arm at the rear of the body.

The common drive sprocket is double width, with two sets of sprockets, with the film feed on the inner set and the exit on the outer set.

The hinged metal door can be closed during projection for reduced mechanism noise.

Illumination is by a 100 watt 12 volt lamp. The lens is 17.5mm f1.4 by Carl Zeiss

Made in Germany c.1957
